Shipping & Delivery

I’ve entered the wrong delivery address. How do I change it?

Please notify us of the correct address within 24 hours of your order at online@inspiregrass.com, once the order has shipped, additional charges may be applicable for changes of your delivery address.

When will I receive my order?
Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, you should be able to receive your Inspire Grass® within 3 - 5 working days (Malaysia) or 7 - 10 working days (Singapore).

Can I have my Inspire Grass® shipped to another address?
Yes, you can. Just make sure that the other address you’d like to ship your Inspire Grass® to is within the same region - i.e. Peninsular Malaysia to anywhere in Peninsular, East Malaysia to East Malaysia, Singapore to Singapore.

Do you deliver on Saturdays or weekends?
Unless you’ve made prior special arrangements, most courier service companies do not do pick ups or deliveries on weekends.

Do you deliver overseas?
At the moment, our delivery service only covers Malaysia and Singapore. However, we’ll be delivering to more Asian countries in the very near future.

I have not received my Inspire Grass®. It’s been a week!
Please note that delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days. You can track the delivery status of your purchased Inspire Grass® items online. If not, you can always contact us at online@inspiregrass.com. Please look out for an email with your shipping tracking code, this is the most convenient way to check on the status of your order.

How do you deliver my Inspire Grass® order?
Your order will be shipped in a robust (230mm x 230mm x 1050mm or 300mm x 300mm x 1050mm) cardboard box.

Do I have to receive my order personally?
No, you do not have to be there in person. Please do make sure there is someone at the delivery address to receive the Inspire Grass® on your behalf.
